A classic that is a true successor to the great Volvo P1800. I would recommend it to anyone desiring a sporty car but with an elegant design and comfortable ride. And it is very safe....
満足している点
Please pardon my English. My Top 5 C30 Likes:

1. Styling. The car is beautifully designed by the great Volvo stylist Peter Horbury. Recent Volvos were not known for their beauty - more for their utility - but the C30 is very handsome.

2. Safety. Besides the host of safety features, the car is very robustly constructed with strong steel beams and supports.

3. Performance. I have the T5 turbocharged 2.5 liter 5 cylinder engine - a superb power plant, though somewhat thirsty. Volvo recently said that it will replace this engine with its new 4 cylinder engine family - I will be very sad when it is retired - its a very uniquely Volvo engine.

4. Seats. As anyone who has a Volvo knows, the seats are superb.

5. Build quality. I am always impressed with the build quality of Japanese vehicles; Lexus, Toyota, Honda - the C30 is very well constructed - it is built at a Volvo factory in Ghent Belgium, and is solidly put together.
不満な点
Top 5 Dislikes (mostly minor):

1. Small rear seat - I knew the back seat was small but with the front seat positioned comfortably for me, their is almost no leg room in the rear.

2. Poor adjustable steering wheel. The tilt and telescoping feature of the steering wheel is somewhat difficult compared to other vehicles.

3. Small rear view mirror. Somewhat surprising given Volvo's emphasis on safety, but the rear view mirror seems smaller than in other cars.

4. Notchy manual shifter. I don't find the 6 speed manual gearbox notchy or lacking smoothness - but I could understand someone coming from an Acura or Mazda thinking so.

5. Lack of Polestar engine upgrade as standard equipment. The Polestar engine software upgrade is an option that costs $1200 extra - this really ought to be standard. The upgrade comes standard in the S60 T5.
