総評: Experienced and keen technology were required to balance 4 cylinder's combustion by adjusting 40 DCOM WEBER carburetor, especially idling adjustment to meet with the exhaust gas regulation at 1951 by the Authorities.
Even with special vacuum meter, very difficult to adjust the A/F mixture at the idle speed, the tolerance is very narrower to meet with the balance between CO and HC, 0,5 % and 1500 PPM promptly.
But did I by myself to pass the exhaust gas inspection test at the Regular Land Transport Office every time once two years, wanna I put an emphasis on this point, with WEBER side draft carb, not an ordinary certified private car inspection but the Regular Land Transport Office by the authorities.
I finally found out the method to do that by myself with the most desperate effort, so I can adjust WEBER side draft mechanical carburetors, triple or 4 consecutive carbs will do with enough confidence.
満足している点: Different world of driving.
My Peugeot 205 was not an ordinary one, Talbot 205 Rallye homologation model, those were produced little to participate in WRC.
